The HEART behind TGC

Krystle Tugadi is a dedicated arts educator, performer, and program director with over a decade of experience designing heart-centered enrichment programs for youth and older adults. With a background in theater, arts education, and community outreach, she creates warm, inclusive, welcoming spaces where seniors can connect, express themselves, and rediscover joy through creativity and empowerment.

As a former Program Coordinator and Educator for affordable housing communities across Los Angeles, Krystle served intergenerational residents aged 3 to 94. She led classes ranging from tech help to acting, book clubs, and expressive movement aerobics—often drawing from her own experience as a professional actor and theatre maker. Her ability to engage participants virtually and in person led to full rosters, high retention, and lasting relationships with residents and staff. She’s known for her reliability, clear communication, and an intuitive, adaptable approach to every community she serves.

Krystle is also a stage and screen actor who fully produced her award-nominated solo show space exploration because SPACE EXPLORATION because sPaCe ExPLoRaTiOn!!! at the 2024 Hollywood Fringe Festival. You may have also seen her in Nathan Fielder’s The Rehearsal on HBO or the latest Burger King commercial campaign.

Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking in her “laboratory” (a.k.a. her kitchen), diving into L.A.’s food scene, getting lost in a book, or cheering on the Lakers with her husband. She lives for curiosity, connection, and creativity.

At the heart of her work is a belief: it’s never too late to try something new, build community, and celebrate the stories that make us who we are.
